Dr. Steven Margolin, owner of Longevity Health, graduated New York Chiropractic College in 1989. Concentrating his practice on chiropractic care and clinical nutrition, Steven has worked in a variety of settings and has built a devoted following through his unique style of integrative wellness.

From the start, he has sought to create a wellness environment that felt like a home and not a doctor’s office. In 1990, long before integrative medicine was common in New York City, Steven incorporated massage therapy into his chiropractic work and began working with an acupuncturist, in order to offer his patients a source of alternative healing. At the same time, he underwent a life changing experience through detoxification and diet. With his new-found awareness, he brought life-long allergies, skin and weight problems completely under control. He then furthered his nutritional studies in the hope of enabling others to tackle their own challenges in life, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally.

In 1997, after completely renovating a 3000-square-foot space in the Flatiron District, he opened Dr. Margolin’s Wellness Spa, where he combined age-old spa therapies with cutting edge holistic treatments. He created a thriving relationship with the performing arts community of stage, film and television which continues to this day. The spa quickly became known for its unique treatments and received local and national publicity for its high profile clientele. As the spa industry exploded, Steven maintained his original vision to deliver high quality innovative healthcare responding to the needs of each of his patients. As a result, in 2002, he combined his efforts with Noah Rubinstein, a licensed acupuncturist, colleague and friend, to create Longevity Health. This continued success has inspired Steven to grow even further with his vision.

In January of 2007, with the help of his life partner Rick Dinihanian (who specializes in core fitness coaching), Steven expanded Longevity Health to its current home, a 5000-square-foot industrial loft space just a few steps from Madison Square Park. Rick's backround in design and fine art helped to transform Longevity's new home into a tasteful combination of contemporary, industrial and Asian design creating a spacious and calming environment filled with light and color. Steven has brought together a group of practitioners from all areas of integrative health to share in his vision. This next step will inevitably bring more ways to support his patients and friends in seeking and achieving the health they only dreamed possible.
